The Employer invites you to participate in the tender mode on: Service Service of preventive meals along with running buffins located in MPWiK buildings and the implementation of food vouchers broken down into tasks, pursuant to § 7 para. 2 points 1) REGULATIONS R-PZP-02 SUBJECTIVE Miejskie Przedsiębiorstwo Wodociągow i Kanalizacji in the Capital City of Warsaw S.A. Public procurement not covered by the obligation to apply the Public Procurement Act - Edition 01 (published on the website www.mpwik.com.pl), conditions for participation in the procedure and submitting the offer Orders (SWZ) placed in the Annex tab. Note! 1. When submitting an offer of purchasing interpretation, provide a total value for the performance for a given task (without VAT), in accordance with the completed unit price form stating Annex 4 to SWZ for a given task. 2. Filled The component price form should be placed on the purchasing platform in the Annex tab. 3. The unit price form for a given task must be signed by an authorized person or an authorized representative of the contractor. 4. Do not submit any offers in the form of attachments.
