Description:
1. The applicants described in the chapter and specification of the contract terms (SWZ) jointly conduct a public procurement procedure (Article 38 of the Public Procurement Law), the authorized contracting authority - the leader of the purchasing group is the city of Darłowo operating by the representative - the Pomeranian Consulting Group - the Pomeranian Consulting GroupARE. with its registered office in Bydgoszcz.
2. The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity in the period from 01.01.2026.
until 31.12.2026 The order will be awarded in three parts. The contractor may submit an offer for any number of parts:
1) Part 1 of the order - supply of electricity to premisesand facilities - tariff group C, G.
2) Part 2 of the order - supply of electricity to premises and facilities - tariff group b
3) part 3 of the order - supply of electricity for the purposes of road lighting
detailed description of individual parts of the order can be found in chapter III.1, III.2,III.3 swz.
3. The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity with the quality standards specified, in accordance with applicable regulations.
4. The contractor, based on the power of attorney granted, will be obliged to submit the contract on behalf of his own and the Ordering Party (recipients) of the competent OSDin accordance with applicable regulations and to represent it before the DSO in the seller change process.
5. In Annex 1a/1B/1C to SWZ, in the "Seller Change" column, the seller will be indicated for the first time, and in relation to which for whichnext.
