- 1. Order includes the implementation of a water -plane with Montaem Street in Siemianowice, i.e.: a) the implementation of comprehensive design documentation together with obtaining the necessary consultation and permits, b) execution, based on the abovementioned documentation, construction robs, to implement the investment task in question, together with the supply and assembly of all necessary devices and equipment resulting from this documentation, c) the original supervision of the author's supervision, d) preparing receipt documentation, including as -built documentation, e) obtaining opinions required by law. 2. For the subject of the fall The selected contractor will grant the ordering warranty and money for the period in accordance with the contractor's offers, but not a more one than 60 months, counting from the next day after the day of the protocol reception without reservation of the whole of the subject of the pollight 3.
