Description:
1. The subject of this order is the performance of construction works as part of the investment task titled: Sienkiewicz Culture Center - stage II - revitalization of the northern manor house. The above task will be carried out in the manor complex in Wola Okrzejska, entered into the register of monuments. Lublin Voivodeship under number A/386. The scope of works includes: a) revitalization of the northern manor building, b) renovation and expansion of the sanitary building with a utility room, c) construction of an educational and recreational shelter, d) construction of a sanitary sewage system, water supply network and heat network.2. A detailed description and scope of execution of the subject of the order is included in the design documentation, which includes the construction design, Technical Specification for the Execution and Acceptance of Construction Works and the bill of quantities constituting Annex No. 1 to SWZ.3. Bills of quantities are supplementary to the subject of the order and not may constitute the only basis for calculating the price for the execution of the order.
