Description:
1. The subject of the contract is:
a) Development of multi-branch documentation for the design and cost of thermomodernization (including insulation), renovation (renovation), reconstruction and change of use with the implementation of the design of construction equipment for a construction object located in Gdańsk at ul. Sienna 14 - Journal No. 146/3, precinct 092,
092,
c) Development of project and scoop documentation for the demolition of an outbuilding located at ul. Jan Brzechwa on the geodetic plot, No. 145/2 092,
d) obtaining an administrative decision for conducting construction works from the competent architectural and construction administration body, enabling the start of construction works by the Ordering Party,
e) one -off execution update of investor cost estimates;
f) Performing author's supervision in the scope of:
-confirming in the course of construction works compliance with the project,
-suvision of the possibility of introducing replacement solutions in relation to those provided for in the project and reported by the manager construction or investor supervision inspector and in accordance with the concluded contract.
