- 3.1. The subject of the order is the removal and control of winter slipperiness on the roads of the Suwaki Commune in the 2025/2026 season, north-eastern and south-eastern parts of the Suwaki Commune. 3.2. The scope of the order includes services related to winter maintenance of roads in the Suwaki commune, consisting of laying down roads, removing snow and slush, maintaining road passability and combating slippery road surfaces on all days of the week, regardless of the time of day and depending on weather conditions.3.3. The above scope of the subject of the order was divided into 5 parts (5 tasks): 3.3.1. Task 1 includes snow removal, snow and slush removal on the roads: 1) Switzerland - Osinki; 2) Okuniowiec - Osinki (through the forest); 3) through the Okuniowiec village; 4) Okuniowiec - Huta; 5) Maa Huta (new housing estate), internal roads of Maa Huta. Task 1 covers approx. 29 km of roads. Estimated number of services: 174.00 km.3.4. Execution of the order aims to eliminate or reduce road traffic disruptions caused by factors such as winter snow, frost, snowfall, snowstorms and blizzards. 3.5.
