- 3.1. The subject of the order is the removal and control of winter slipperiness on the roads of the Suwaki Commune in the 2025/2026 season, north-western and south-western parts of the Suwaki Commune. 3.2. The scope of the order includes services related to winter maintenance of roads in the Suwaki commune, consisting of laying down roads, removing snow and slush, maintaining road passability and combating slippery road surfaces on all days of the week, regardless of the time of day and depending on weather conditions.3.3. The above scope of the subject of the order was divided into 5 parts (5 tasks): 3.3.1. Task 1 includes snow removal, removal of snow and slush mud on the roads: 1) Poddubwek - Zielone Drugie - Niemcowizna - Zielone Kamedulskie; 2) Niemcowizna - Biae; 3) Niemcowizna - Wasilczyki - Przebrd; 4) through the Kropiwne Nowe village; 5) Wychodne (from the Suwaki - Bakaarzewo district road to the last buildings towards the town Zielone Dzień);Task 1 covers approx. 20 km of roads.
