Description:
1. The subject of the order is the removal and control of slipperiness and black ice on municipal and service roads (with particular emphasis on crossroads) in the Wizowna commune.2. A detailed list of roads covered by the services is attached as Annex No. 1 to the draft provisions of the contract. In exceptional situations, the Ordering Party has the law will alternatively indicate other roads than those included in the list of comparable length.3. The contractor is obliged to: a) remove snow from the road and from the road; b) combat winter slipperiness by eliminating black ice and slippery roads (with particular emphasis on crossroads); c) prepare a mixture of materials roughening agents with the addition of 50% salt; d) maintaining the availability of equipment and service prepared for the Ordering Party's needs throughout the duration of the contract; e) removing residual sand after completing works related to the removal of black ice and slippery roads.4. The ordering party assumes that the length of the roads to be laid and sprinkling with a mixture of roughening materials with an admixture of salt is 75.55 km.5.
