Description:
1. The subject of the order is the provision of a service covering the construction of roads and municipal squares in the Jawiy commune in 2026. 2. The performance of the service will mainly include: - primarily the construction of roads on which, among others, buses, on days working hours until 7 a.m., in accordance with the list constituting Annex No. 7 to the SWZ - removing snow from other roads and squares in the commune after observing traffic difficulties in order to enable safe movement of vehicles and pedestrians on them.3. The contractor must has functional equipment enabling the proper performance of the service in question. 4. For the road plowing service, the Ordering Party requires the use of a top or side snow plow on one of the following vehicles: - truck - loader - bulldozer - agricultural tractor with min. 75 HP - backhoe loader 5. The contractor must have equipment operated by a driver/operator with appropriate driving or operating license (driving license of the appropriate category). 6.
