Description:
Task No. 1 - Plant/Installation of "EKO-REGION" sp. z o. o. in Bechatow1. The subject of the contract is the provision of roofing services by the Contractor for facilities with a total area of approximately 1,050 m2, i.e.: tent hall no. 1 JUPITER (approx. 630 m2) and tent hall no. 2 (approx. 420 m2), located in the area Plant/Installation of EKO-REGION sp. z o.o. in Bechatow at ul. Przemysowa 14 and 16.2. The subject of the contract referred to in point No. 1 is to be performed in such a way that the roof surfaces of the facilities are free from snow, icicles and snow overhangs.3. The subject of the contract referred to in Point No. 1 is to be implemented for a period of 4 months from the date of signing the contract, in a way that ensures safe operation of the facilities after the roofing service has been completed.4. The Ordering Party assumes that the service referred to in point No. 1 will be performed three times during the term of the contract. During the term of the contract regarding the order in question, the execution of the order will depend on the occurrence of snowfall. Therefore, the Ordering Party does not guarantee that the Contractor will receive an order to perform the service under the contract. However, it guarantees payment reward...
