The subject of the order is the implementation of the sentence entitled: "SOC service for monitoring the network and server infrastructure in the Hospital" as part of the implementation of the project entitled: "Implementation of e-services in the CSK UM in Łódź". 2.Due to the extensive description - detailed description subject of the order, delivery details are included in particular in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. 2. The Contractor is obliged to attach to the OFFER - Annex No. 2 to the SWZ "Technical parameters" completed in accordance with the requirements of the Ordering Party. 3. Failure to submit an attachment.
