Description:
The subject of the order is the social service protection of persons and property and CCTV monitoring of the ZAMEK Cultural Center in Poznań, in accordance with the Description of the Subject of the Order, constituting Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ, Appendix No. 1 (plans of the building and areas) to the OPZ, constituting Appendix No. 1A to the SWZ, Appendix No. 2 (systems safety) to the OPZ constituting Annex No. 1B to the SWZ, the Price Form constituting Annex No. 2A to the SWZ, and the Contract Template constituting Annex No. 3 to the SWZ. The subject of the order should be performed with due care and honesty, to the best of knowledge, in accordance with the principles of professionalism and in accordance with applicable provisions, in particular: a) the Act of August 22, 1997 on the protection of persons and property (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1995), b) implementing regulations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Administration (https://www.gov.pl/web/mswia), c) regulation of the Prime Minister of July 25 2016 r. on the scope of activities performed at particular alert levels and CRP alert levels, d) regulations on the amount of the minimum remuneration for work and the amount of the minimum hourly rate.
