Description:
The subject of the order is the supply of sodium chloride in an amount of 60 tons used for the production of disinfectant for water intended for consumption in Maczka SUW (hereinafter: "Product"). A detailed description of the subject of the contract (OPZ) contains an attachmentNo. 5 to SWZ.
Detailed conditions for the implementation of the subject of the contract are set out in Annex 6 to SWZ. In question: 1. In order to demonstrate that the offered product is in accordance with the requirements set out in Annex 5 to SWZin question:
1) Current hygiene certificate issued by the National Institute of Public Health - the National Institute of Hygiene allowing the product to be used in water intended for human consumption; 2) technical specification of the offered product. Note: Technical SpecificationIt should confirm the fulfillment of all the requirements specified in the product characteristics, i.e. Table 1 included in point 1 of Annex 5 to SWZ - OPZ.
