Description:
1. The subject of the order is the supply of software, in accordance with Annex No. 1 to this specification.
2. The subject of the order was divided into 8 parts:
Part No. 1 - ActiveDirectory environment audit software for 20 controllers
Part No. 2 - File processing software multimedia and graphics
Part No. 3 - Source code repository tool
Part No. 4 - Bug tracking and project management tool
Part No. 5 - Software for reporting and managing IT problems for 15 technicians
Part No. 6 - Ensuring continuous quality i code security
Part No. 7 - Windows server
Part No. 8 - Desktop virtualization licenses
3. The Ordering Party provides for the RIGHT OF OPTIONS regarding the package No. 4 - delivery of 100 licenses, in accordance with Annex No. 1.1. to the specification - "Price form" - using the OPTION LAW in quantity additional 100 licenses due to the fact that it is not possible to determine the target number of users when initiating the proceedings.
An optional order does not constitute an obligation of the Ordering Party to its granting, and does not constitute a basis for the Contractor to pursue claims for compensation for failure to complete this optional order.
