Description:
1. The subject of the order is the servicing of EGC software used to collect debts incurred in parking lots located off public roads in the city of Gdynia.2. The subject of the order includes services provided by the Contractor to Ordering Party: 1) maintenance services; 2) development services. The purpose of the maintenance service is to ensure the Ordering Party's uninterrupted operation of its SYSTEmEGC software (SLA services), as well as to ensure the provision of other services described in Annex A to the SWZ of services supporting the use of the software by the Ordering Party. The purpose of development services is to provide the Ordering Party with the modification and expansion of the Ordering Party's software, as well as to provide services supporting the use of software by the Ordering Party.3.
