Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the contractor by the Sorting Line service in the scope of maintaining cleanliness and the release of raw material fractions from waste and sorting ballast at the plant/installation "Eko-Region" sp.z o.o. in Dylow A, commune Pajęczno.
2. The scope of work must be carried outBased on Annex 2 to SWZ - the contract and its attachments, i.e.::: information required pursuant to art. 2071 of the Labor Code - Annex 1 to the Agreement,
2) Settlement template - Annex 2 to the contract,
3) Contractor's statement - Annex 3 to the contract,
4) Cooperation of Employers' Cooperation (art.208 of the Labor Code) - Annex 4 to the contract.
3. The service referred to in para. 1 will be made by the Contractor alone, i.e. without the participation of subcontractors in the key part of the order, i.e. in the scope of secretion of raw material fractions from waste and sewing ballast.
4. Estimated amount of man -hoursFor the entire period of the contract, i.e. 18 months, it is 87,552 man -hours. The contracting authority predicts that the subject of the contract will be provided on two changes on business days from Monday to Saturday (by working days it is understood: all days except Sunday and holidays, which, according to Article 151 (9)§ 1 of the Code of Civil Procedure They are days off). The daily working time will be 16 hours. The subject of the contract will be carried out between 6:00 and 22: 00, including:
1) Performing the service of secreting raw materials from waste and stylish ballast between 6:00 to 18:00 (12 in total 12hours), ...
