e) sanitary, performed by a rescue team consisting of two persons authorized to perform it
medical rescue operations in the event of Sudden Cardiac Arrest, performed in a class C vehicle in accordance with
the PN-EN 1789 standard for SPSK 1 with the following locations: ul. GΕuska 1, RadziwiΕΕowska 13, Chmielna 1 and
POZ at ul. Langiewicza 6,
f) from the indicated location in Lublin of the Transplantation Coordinator of USK No. 1 in Lublin to the place of receipt of the material
biological material (bone marrow), then transport of the received biological material together with the Transplant Coordinator
