Description:
The subject of the order is the provision of specialist care services at the place of residence and specialist care services at the place of residence for people with mental disorders in 2026 on the basis of the Regulation of the Minister of Social Policy on specialist services care of September 22, 2005 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2024, item 816) for persons using the care services of the Municipal Social Welfare Center in Rogon. The services that are the subject of the order include specialist care services in accordance with the order of a doctor or specialist in the field of physical rehabilitation. or physiotherapy. The services will be performed either in the city of Rogono, in premises at the Contractor's disposal.
