Description:
The subject of the order is to provide specialist care services pursuant to Art. 17 section 1 point 11 of the Act of March 12, 2004. on social assistance (Journal of Laws 2025.1214, i.e.) and specialized care services for people with mental disorders resulting from the 2nd Regulation of the Minister of Policy Social of September 22, 2005 on specialist care services (Journal of Laws 2024.816, consolidated text), hereinafter referred to as the Regulation, provided to persons designated by the Municipal Social Welfare Center in Komnice, in the place of residence of the service recipients or in their immediate surroundings, according to the number hours and the scope indicated by the Ordering Party. The maximum number of hours under the order for specialist care services is 240 hours and 1,154 hours for specialist care services for mental disorders. The ordering party anticipates that from specialist care services A total of nine people will benefit, including eight people with mental disorders (including autism).
