Description:
The subject of the order is the provision of services by an oligopherenopedagogist, typhlopedagogist, special educator, psychologist, speech therapist, neurologist, physiotherapist and sensory integration therapist as part of specialized care services for people with mental disorders referred to in Art. 3 points 1 letter a,b,c, Act of August 19, 1994 on the protection of mental health (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 917), i.e. people: 1) mentally ill (displaying psychotic disorders), 2) mentally disabled, 3) showing other disorders of mental functions which, according to the state of medical knowledge, are classified as are to mental disorders, and these people require health services or other forms of assistance and care necessary to live in a family or social environment.
