- The subject of the order is the provision of care services by the Contractor, including specialized care services, pursuant to: Art. 18 section 1 point 3 of the Act of March 12, 2004 on social assistance (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 1214, as amended), Art. 8 and 9 of the Act of 19 August 1994 on health care mental health (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 917) and in accordance with the scope specified in the regulation of the Minister of Social Policy of September 22, 2005 on specialized care services (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 816), for the benefit of persons indicated by Ordering Party.
