- 1. The subject of the order is: The subject of the order is a specialized mobile service improving the implementation of the project entitled: Social Services Center in Wiebodzin, tailor-made CUS No. FELB.06.13-IZ.00-0049/24 under Measure 06.13 Social and health Priority 6 European Funds to support citizens of the Regional Program European Funds for Lubuskie Voivodeship 2021-2027 - provision of specialized rehabilitation services by a physiotherapist at the place of residence of a resident of the Wiebodzin Commune, or in in the physiotherapist's office or, in the absence of one, in the Social Services Center in Wiebodzin, depending on the individual needs of the resident. Service addressed to families, including children, elderly people and people with disabilities (beneficiary) from the area the city and commune of Wiebodzin, on working days (Monday to Saturday) from 08:00 to 18:00, the service is not provided under the National Health Fund. 2.
