MESKO S.A. invites you to submit offers for the award of a contract for stage II of the investment entitled: "Infrastructure (external networks and roads) - PH Plant". Order award procedure: the order will be awarded according to the Ordering Party's internal procedure. Detailed information can be found in the annexes included this procedure. The result of the procedure generated by the Platform is not tantamount to placing an order and signing a contract. Please submit your offer with attachments in the form of document scans. Due to the entry into force of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on April 27, 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), (hereinafter referred to as "GDPR"), we would like to inform you that the information obligation regarding data processing personal data, is available as Attachment. No. 12. Bidders are obliged to familiarize themselves with the content of this obligation and attach a scan of the signed attachment to the offer.
