- The subject of the fall is the delivery, installation and launch of the component elements of the station for the deposition of electronic components with outputs under the housings. The condition should be found from the listed components:- device to dismantle and assembly of individual electronic structures in assembled electronic packages;- the device for replacement will lead spherical in the BGA casings of the integrated ensuring constant pedigree conditions for electronic components and subassembly;- Device for removing moisture from electronic elements and pytek circuits printed before the soldering process;- device for heating PODOY and electronics elements in research and laboratory works;- inspection device for optical control with image acquisition Polish or English and devices documentation. No. 1 to SWZ - a detailed description of the subject freezing.
