The subject of the order is: 2.1. the Contractor extends the provision of Standard Manufacturer Technical Support Oracle Software* for Oracle Software licenses held by the Ordering Party; 2.2. extension by the Contractor of the provision of ACS Extended Assistance from the Oracle Software Manufacturer for Oracle database technologies and Oracle technologies FusionMiddleware. 3. A detailed description of the subject of the order and the terms and conditions of the order execution are specified in the Draft Provisions of the Agreement constituting Annex No. 5 to the Terms of Reference (hereinafter: SWZ). * Definitions of terms used with a capital letter, are included in the Draft Provisions of the Agreement, constituting Annex No. 5 to the SWZ. 1.
