Description:
The subject of the contract is the implementation of the order titled "Stary Młyn Cultural Center - adaptation of the former mill building in Chełm for the needs of cultural activities"
The investment is planned for co-financing according to the co-financing agreement No. FENX.07.01-IP.04-0066/24-00 of the project "Stary Młyn Cultural Center adaptation of the former mill building in Chełm for the needs of cultural activities" No. FENX.07.01-IP.04-0066/241 under measure FENX.07.01 Infrastructure of culture and cultural tourism, priority FENX.07 Culture.
The detailed scope and method of performing the subject of the contract are specified in the specification of conditions order, hereinafter referred to as "SWZ", together with annexes and possible changes, modifications, explanations, which are annexes to the contract and constitute its integral parts.
The subject of the contract includes: execution of construction works together with the necessary elements of accompanying infrastructure in accordance with developed and attached design documentation and issued construction permit, delivery and assembly of stage technology and equipment specified in the attached stage technology documentation, as well as technical specifications of the required equipment, including:
a) surveying services conducted works,
b) developing and providing the Ordering Party with complete as-built documentation,
c) preparation of an as-built surveying inventory,
d) making all notifications and arrangements by the Contractor on behalf of the Ordering Party and obtaining by the Contractor on behalf of the Ordering Party and message...
