- 1. The subject of the proceedings is the conclusion of framework agreements for the supply of steel, hereinafter referred to as the assortment.
XIX SWZ and Annex No. 5 to the SWZ.
3. The Contractor will provide a 12-month warranty and a 24-month warranty for the delivered assortment, counting from the date of signing the acceptance protocol by the Parties without any comments.
If the manufacturer of the assortment is not indicated, the Ordering Party will reject the offer pursuant to Art. 226 section 1 point 5 of the Act. The name "Producer" should be understood as the name the company under which the offered product is sold, or the entrepreneur placing the goods on the market in the territory of the Republic of Poland.
5. The Ordering Party does not require the submission of the said evidence along with the offer.
7. The Ordering Party does not allow the submission of partial offers.
8. The Ordering Party allows the entrustment execution of part of the Subcontractor's order.
9. The Ordering Party requests that the Contractor indicate in the offer the parts of the order whose performance will be entrusted to Subcontractors, and provide the names of any Subcontractors, if they are already known.
10. The following Contractors may apply for the award of the contract: are not subject to exclusion pursuant to Art. 108 section 1 of the Act and Art. 109 section 1 points 1, 4, 7, 8 and 10 of the Act and Art. 7 section 1 of the Act of April 13, 2022 on special solutions for counteracting support for aggression against Ukraine and for protecting security people... - Documents:
