task 1 - Sentgrafts for acute acute, hybrid aortic stentgrafts
The Ordering Party does not allow partial offers.It must have approvals, certificates and be registered in accordance with the law requiring the possession of approvals, certificates and registration,
2. The medical product must be placed on the market and use in accordance with the requirements of the Act of 7 April 2022 on medical devices (Journal of Laws of U.from 2024, item 1620, as amended d.),
3rd medical product must correspond to standards or technical specifications in force for this product;
in the event that the offered medical product did not require notification to the President of the Office for Registration of Medicinal Products, Medical Devices and ProductsBiocidal, the contractor is obliged to perform at his own expense and on his own all the activities necessary to complete all the requirements of law related to the introduction of the product on the market and use in the Republic of Poland. The contractor is obliged to perform suchactivities on dates arising from applicable regulations and provide the Ordering Party with relevant documents confirming the performance of such activities on these dates.detail ...
