Description:
The subject of the order is the supply of sterile, one -off operational fields, aprons, sets for newborns. The order consists of 13 parts of the so -called Packages:
3. The Contractor is obliged to provide not less than 12 months (from the date of delivery of the subject of the contract to the hospital) suitability for the use of the subject of the contract. Deliveries with a shorter expiry date may be approved in exceptional situations and each time the contracting authority's representative must express his written consent.
4. Transport of all medical devices will take place in accordance with the requirements provided for In current documents confirming the admission of the subject of the contract for marketing and use in accordance with the Act on medical devices of 07.04.2022. (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1620, as amended). Pursuant to the Regulation (EU) 2017/745 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 5, 2017.
