Description:
1. Part 1 - The subject of the order is the provision of veterinary services consisting of castration and sterilization of free-living cats, in accordance with veterinary medical practice and applicable law. The services will be provided in the city of Rzeszow in a treatment facility for animals located in one of the estates: (Popowiedzw Nowy, Miocin, Miocin w. Huberta, Staromiecie, Baranwek, Przybyszwek, W. Andersa, F. Kotuli, Krakowska-Poudnie, Kr. Augusta, 1000-Lecia, Staroniwa, Kmity, Puaskiego, rdmiecie, Grota-Roweckiego, Dbrowskiego, Piastw, Zawiszy Czarny, Zwiczyca, Bzianka), in accordance with the Contractor's declaration submitted in the OFFER.Size/Scope form1. The subject of the order is to perform veterinary procedures for the expected number of sterilizations of 177 kittens and castration of 72 male cats - free-living cats from the area of the Municipality of Rzeszw.2.
