1. The subject of the order is renovation, reconstruction (including thermal modernization) of a residential building multifamily along with the reconstruction of the accompanying infrastructure at ul. Bednarska 2 in Gdańsk as part of the project entitled "Comprehensive energy modernization of residential and commercial buildings under conservation protection, located in the Municipality of the City of Gdańsk - in the years 2024-2027."
2. Scope works include:
a) Demolition and dismantling works
- disassembly of the gas installation in the building,
-demolition of tiled stoves,
- demolition of the sidewalk surface for the duration of the works,
- dismantling of inactive installations on the building's facade,
b) General construction works:
- making a gravel strip around it building,
-reconstruction of the sidewalk surface after the works,
- thermal insulation of the building in terms of thermal insulation of foundations and foundation walls, thermal insulation of external walls (from the inside), thermal insulation of the ceiling and thermal insulation of the floor on the ground,
-execution vertical and horizontal damp-proof insulation of foundation walls and building foundations,
- partial deepening of the foundations and the floor on the ground in the basement (foundation reinforcement)
- shotcreting of walls in the basement and strengthening the wall on the ground floor,
-anchoring the gable wall using tie rods,
- renovation and reconstruction of the basement interior, including changes to the functional layout (separation of a technical room for the heating source and cells tenants...
