1.The subject of the order is:
a) development of three separate multi-industry documentation design and cost estimates for reconstruction, superstructure, renovation (renovation), thermal modernization (including insulation) and change of use along with the implementation of construction equipment designs for municipal buildings located in Gdańsk at:
leczkowa 11, plot no. 1070, 1071, precinct no. 043,
-ul. leczkowa 13, plot no. 1069/2, precinct no. 043,
leczkowa 15, plot no. 1069/1, precinct no. 043.
b) preparation of multi-industry documentation design and cost estimate for the development of the area of surveying plots no. 1070, 1071, 1069/1, 1069/2 and plot no. 1068 rev. 043,
c)obtaining decisions administrative documents for carrying out construction works from the competent architectural and construction administration authority, enabling the commencement of construction works by the Ordering Party,
d) making a one-time update of investor cost estimates;
e)exercising author's supervision in the scope of:
-statements in the course of construction works, compliance of the implementation with the design,
- agreeing on the possibility of introducing alternative solutions in the relationship
to those provided for in the project and reported by the construction manager or investor's supervision inspector and in accordance with the concluded contract.
