Subject The order is Renovation, reconstruction (including thermal modernization) of a multi-family residential building along with reconstruction of the accompanying infrastructure at ul. Turystyczna 12 in Gdańsk as part of the project entitled "Comprehensive energy modernization of buildings residential and commercial buildings under conservation protection, located in the Gdańsk Commune - in the years 2024-2027. 2.The scope of works includes: a)Land development: - construction of a retaining wall, -replacement of the existing surface of pedestrian routes hardened and newly designed entrance surface and maneuvering road on the plot, - construction of small architecture in the form of external lighting fixtures and benches; - construction of a place for collecting solid precipitation, - making a small retention z plantings, b)Demolition and dismantling works: - demolition of the tin garage on the eastern side, - demolition of the wooden annex on the front (northern) façade of the former grocery store, -demolition of the existing roof over the stairs to basement from the south façade, - dismantling the existing retaining wall and changing its location, - liquidation of the existing cold water and hot water installations with...
