Description:
1. The subject of the order is the purchase of servers with software in order to increase the level of IT security as part of the strengthening of the national cybersecurity system for the Obornicki County, regarding the implementation of a grant project Cybersecure Self-Government2. The Subject of the Order should be brand new, manufactured no earlier than 2025 and ready for operation without any additional purchases and investments.3. The Subject of the Order will be delivered at the expense, risk and transport of the Contractor along with documentation in Polish, warranty terms and warranty card. 4. Place of delivery: building of the Oborniki District, from the offices of the District Office in Oborniki, ul. 11 Listopada 2a, 64-600 Oborniki.5. The subject of the order also includes all of them the works and obligations of the Contractor specified in the Draft Provisions of the Agreement.6. The warranty period granted by the Contractor should be no shorter than 60 months (for the entire assortment), counting from the date of signing the handover protocol (acceptance protocol).7. Conditions implementation of the Subject of the Order were also included in the Draft Provisions of the Agreement, constituting Annex No. 4 to the SWZ.
