Description:
1. The subject of the order is the purchase and implementation of software increasing the level of IT security as part of the strengthening of the national cybersecurity system, i.e. purchase, installation, configuration and implementation of a mobile device management (MDM) system for the Obornicki County, regarding the implementation of the Cybersecurity Local Government grant project.2. The Subject of the Order should be brand new, manufactured no earlier than 2025 and ready for operation without any additional purchases and investments.3. The Subject of the Order will be delivered at the expense, risk and transport of the Contractor along with documentation in Polish, warranty terms and warranty card. 4. Place of delivery: building of the Oborniki District, from the offices of the District Office in Oborniki, ul. 11 Listopada 2a, 64-600 Oborniki.5. The Ordering Party does not allow the possibility of submitting partial offers. The subject of the order constitutes an inseparable whole, which means that it cannot be divided into parts for technical, organizational and economic reasons, and the lack of division of the order into parts does not distort competition in the procedure.6.
