- 1. The subject of the order is the execution of an investment task: Reconstruction of a single-family residential building and utility rooms into the Center for Local Tradition and Activity in Tarnów Opolski with changes in the use of the project entitled Strengthening the potential and increasing access to cultural facilities in the Opole Agglomeration.2. The contractor will design and perform architectural, construction and installation works in the field of networks, installations and devices: heating, ventilation, gas, water, sewage, electrical and power engineering. 3. The task is carried out in the design and build formula, therefore the Contractor's obligations include preparing design documentation in consultation with the Ordering Party, and then execution of construction works in accordance with the design documentation approved by the Ordering Party. 4. The subject of the order consists of: 1) Preparation of design documentation and obtaining the necessary opinions, arrangements, decisions and consents necessary to obtain consent for the implementation of the investment in question on the basis of this FUP together with obtaining a decision on a construction permit/notification of construction works,...
