- I. 1.1. The subject of the contract is conducting protective activities in photocopier habitats in 9 Natura 2000 areas in the Miechowska Upland. The item was divided into 2 parts of the order:
1) Part I; Conducting protective activities in 4 Natura 2000 areas: Cybowa Gora PLH120049, Grzymaลow PLH120053, WAลY PLH120017, Giebuลt PLH120051.
2) Part II: Conducting protective activities in 5 Natura 2000 areas: Komorow PLH120055, Uniejow Parcele PLH120075, Chody-Falniow PLH120063, Widnica PLH120076, Pstroszyce PLH120073
95 para. 1 of the Act - requires that Performer or the subcontractor employed on the basis of an employment relationship people directed by the Contractor or Subcontractor to perform activities consisting of physical work, such as: machin, cutting, ringing, grinding, biomass collecting, if the performance of these activities consists in performing work In the manner specified in art. 22 ยง 1 of the Act of 26 June 1974 Labor Code (i.e., Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1465, of 2024, item 878, 1222).
5. Employer allows partial offers, as part of the division of the order into 2 parts, indicated in point 1 above. The contractor may submit an offer for any Number of parts.
6. The scope of the subject of this order (including location,) specifies Annex 9 to SWZ - description of the subject Orders (OPZ).
