6 section 1 point 1 of the Act of September 28, 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025, item 567 - "Forest Act"), covering work in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, timber harvesting and skidding, and nursery management, to be performed in the Gidle Forest District in 2026.
2) The scope of the subject matter of the order includes the total number of works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, harvesting and skidding of wood and nursery management resulting from Annex No. 2 to the SWZ, which consists of:
planned size wash;
Annex No. 2.2.1. -detailed scope of work by activity groups, activities and locations;
Annex No. 2.3.1. sorting system of wood harvesting in forestry;
Annex No. 2.3.2. -information about the optimal wood harvesting option;
Annex No. 2.4.1. - potential locations for care of forest crops;
- list of items not available for renewal performed using a planter.
3) The material scopes listed in the annexes included in Annex No. 2 are estimates.
4)Quality standards relating to all relevant features of the subject of the contract are specified in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ, which consists of:
