The subject of the contract is the delivery and transfer of portable computers to the contracting authority with the operating system installed and a license for this system with computer accessories and peripheral devices, on the principles and conditions set out in the contract with attachments, as well as guaranteeing and warranty for defects on the principles described in paragraph 8 PPU.
