Description:
The subject of the order is the design and construction of a biomentioning plant in Branice.
The subject of the order includes the following works:
- developing construction designs (including possible changes to current designs), technical and executive designs as-built, including obtaining a change to the existing building permit, if necessary, and preparing other design documentation necessary to complete the order. Construction documentation, technical design, construction and as-built documentation are required prepared on the basis of PFU;
-providing author's supervision services during the entire period of implementation of the subject of the Agreement;
- carrying out all deliveries of technological and auxiliary equipment, construction and assembly works and other activities in accordance with the purpose of the investment and the description of the subject order included in the request for quotation and the functional and utility program, as well as the design documentation developed by the Contractor necessary for the full implementation and acceptance of the investment:
- commissioning the installation and achieving the energy efficiency parameters indicated in the offer form contractors.
- providing long-term maintenance services for a period of 10 years on the terms specified in the contract template.
-providing a consignment warehouse of spare parts on the terms specified in the contract template.
