Description:
1. The subject of the procedure and order is the expansion of the audio-video system in 7 lecture halls at the Faculty of Management and Social Communication of the Jagiellonian University - divided into two parts.
System based on network communication in terms of audio, video and control transmission in the scope indicated in the basic order and almost options in Annex A and B to the SWZ
b) Delivery and installation of 4 pieces of Monitor 55" Digital Signage and Monitor 55" Videowall with a holder for the needs of WZiKS UJ.
2. Ordering Party reserves the right to use the option to increase the scope of the order in Part I to include the supply of equipment described in Annex B to the SWZ. An order executed under the option is a unilateral right of the Ordering Party. Failure by the Ordering Party to exercise the option right shall not result in liability for the Contractor no claims against the Ordering Party. The Contractor will be obliged to perform the order covered by the option after receiving notification from the Ordering Party that he intends to exercise the right to the option. The deadline for completing the order covered by the option set by the Ordering Party cannot be longer than in the case of a basic order. The rules for the execution of an order covered by the option right will be the same as those applicable to the execution of the basic order. The Ordering Party also stipulates that unit prices
