Description:
1) The subject of the order is the subscription and delivery of subscribed magazines to the Ordering Party in the period from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2027. 2) The Contractor will be obliged to: a) deliver the magazines in accordance with the order at his own expense and risk, in a continuous, systematic manner ensuring the completeness of the yearbook, on the dates set by the Ordering Party, and in the case of daily press, every day in the morning (until 08:00); b) providing free bibliographic information and sending prospectuses and advertising publications; c) providing information about delays in publishing plans, changes and suspended titles and information on new titles; d) ensuring training of employees of the Ordering Party's Entities in the scope of new communication techniques existing at the Contractor, e.g. via online connections; e) issuing daily delivery specifications; f) preparing quarterly summary sets purchases for each unit; g) provide the Ordering Party, at its request, with a copy of accounting documentation regarding the order settlement process, h) provide free online access to magazines with such a version, To the ordering party...
