Description:
The subject of the contract is the subscription to the press and magazines in the electronic version, consisting of providing access by the Contractor with access to the digital editions of the press and magazines, for 12 months from January 1, 2026, i.e. to December 31, 2026. List of subscribed titles for individual titles Parts of the proceedings together with the number of access for individual units were indicated in Annexes No. 3.I-3.IV to SWZ-"access distribution". The subscription service will be paid in advance by individual units for which the proceedings are conducted.
The subject of the contract was divided for 4 parts:
Beck;
Part III: Online access to the editions of the variants of the title "Rzeczpospolita";
Part IV: Online access to e-issues of magazine titles of various publications.
Detailed Description of the subject of the contract with the items of the items creating the entire subject of the contract are determined by:
Annex 1 - the offer form (applies to all parts);
Annexes No. 2.I-2.IV-price forms for individual parts;
Annexes No. 3.I-3.IV-access switchboards for individual parts;
Annex 4 - contract draft (applies to all parts).
The subject of the contract in part I is a subscription consisting in the contractor providing online access to e-issues of the Information Publishing titles.
