Description:
On behalf of the Office of Technical Inspection, we invite all reliable contractors to submit offers for the subscription service of the TestPortal Max platform to support the implementation of distance exams in the SaaS model. We would like to inform you that we anticipate the possibility of carrying out the second stage of this procedure (negotiations), in the form of a discount auction or request for quotation. We reserve that the proceedings may end with the offer not being selected if the estimated funds are exceeded. Description of the subject of the order: 1. The platform will enable the creation of tests and exams for the Ordering Party's external clients.2. The platform will enable simultaneous service of at least 3,000 examinees per month throughout the entire contract period.3. The platform allows you to create knowledge tests using questions including: single choice, multiple choice, true/false.4. The platform is available on provided infrastructure by the Contractor.5. The Contractor provides full hosting of all services created for the Platform during the term of the contract.6. The platform is adapted to be used on desktop, tablet and mobile devices.7. The platform does not require installing any software on the side user, in addition to the web browser.8. The Platform's database has no size limit.9. During the service, the Contractor ensures updates of the Platform in terms of detected vulnerabilities and errors, as well as an update to the latest version of the system.10.
