Description: The subject of this contract is the performance of a service consisting in the substantive evaluation of the 3rd degree of applications for co-financing of projects in the form of grants submitted as part of the calls for co-financing projects from the funds of the European Economic Area Financial Mechanism 2014-2021 - part IV: Pellet production installations.
The evaluation will cover applications for co-financing submitted under the thematic area "Renewable energy, energy efficiency, energy security", for which a call for proposals for projects in the field of "Construction of an installation for the production of fuel from agricultural and forest biomass in the form of pellets" was announced. The indicative schedule of these calls, together with the schedule of their evaluation, is presented in Appendix 1 to Part III of the Terms of Reference.
