- 1. The subject of the order includes an 18-month successive supply of infusion fluids for the needs of SPZOZ in Wolsztyn.2 The subject of the order is divided into 3 parts. The contractor may submit an offer for any number of parts of the procedure. However, the Ordering Party requires the Contractor to take all of them into account when submitting the offer assortment items in individual packages. It is not possible to omit items from the package. Omission of an item will result in rejection of the offer pursuant to Art. 226 section 1 of the Public Procurement Law.3. A detailed description of the subject of the order and the required quantities are described in Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ, respectively, i.e. the assortment, quantity and price form in packages 1-3 to the SWZ and in Annexes No. 2A, 2B and 2C to the SWZ.
