Description:
1. The subject of the order is the provision of successive catering and restaurant services consisting in comprehensive support for various types of meetings, understood as the preparation of dishes together with their delivery/serving, provision of waiter service and service. The detailed description of the subject of the order is specified in appendix no. 6 to SWZ.2. The Ordering Party reserves the right not to complete the subject of the contract in its entirety, i.e. in the amounts specified in the individual items of the material and price form constituting Annex 2 to the SWZ, but not more than 30% of the contract value.3. Codes according to the Common Vocabulary classification Order (CPV): 55300000-3 restaurant and food serving services.4. The contractor is obliged to complete the order on the terms and conditions described in the contract template constituting Appendix No. 4 to SWZ.5. The ordering party does not require the contractor to personally perform key tasks. The contractor may entrust execution of part of the subcontractor's order.
