Description:
A. The subject of the order is the successive collection and management of hazardous waste from the premises of PSZOK and the installation of MASTER Odpady i Energia sp. z o.o.1. The method of waste management must be consistent with applicable legal provisions and recovery or disposal processes. 2. The amount of waste that will be transferred to the Contractor during the term of the contract will not exceed the total weight of waste shown in Annex 1 to this contract.3. Hazardous waste will be collected from the premises of PSZOK (indicated in the SWZ) and Master Odpady i Energia sp. z o.o. in the days from Monday to Friday from 6.00 a.m. to 9.00 p.m., by the Contractor's transport and at his expense. 4. Waste collection from PSZOK and Master Odpady i Energia sp. z o.o. will take place according to the schedule agreed between the Ordering Party and the Contractor. The contractor is obliged to collect the waste within the dates specified each time by the Ordering Party, within 2 business days of submitting this order to the Contractor. Loading of waste is the responsibility of the Ordering Party.5.
