Description:
Task No. 1 Art. food A detailed description of the subject of the order and the estimated quantity of the above-mentioned food products are specified in the annex to the offer form No. 1.1, task No. 1, Art. food. The quantities of food items specified in the price form are estimates and may change depending on actual the Ordering Party's needs, to which the Contractor agrees and will not pursue any claims for quantitative or generic changes during the implementation of the subject of the order. The Ordering Party undertakes to complete the contract by at least 70%. The Contractor will deliver the articles at its own expense and in its own packaging, by transport approved by sanitary authorities for the transport of food, fully ensuring its quality and health safety. Deliveries will be made successively, to the contact details provided in the offer, in the range and quantity specified by the Ordering Party after placing the order by phone or electronically to time. 14:00 at least 1 to 3 days before deliveries are made.
