The subject of the order is the successive deliveries of food products for the needs of the Psychiatric Hospital of SP ZOZ in Węgorzewo. 2.The order was divided into: 14 Packages (Parts) - hereinafter referred to as "Packages" or "Parts": 1)Package 1 - Fresh poultry. 2)Package 2 - Frozen foods. 3)Package 3 - Canned food. 4)Package 4 - Dairy products. 5)Package 5 - Bread, cakes. 6)Package 6 - Pork and cold cuts. 7)Package 7 - Products general. 8)Package 8 - Flour products. 9)Package 9 - Spices. 10) Package 10 - Gluten-free products. 11)Package 11 - Sweets. 12)Package 12 - Fish. 13)Package 13 - Vegetables and fruits. 14)Package 14 - Eggs. 3. The ordering party does not limit the number of parts of the order which the Contractor may submit an offer. A detailed description of the subject of the order can be found in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ - Assortment and price form (packages 1 - 14). 4. The subject of the order must meet the requirements specified in the Act of August 25, 2006 on food and nutrition safety (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1448). 5.
